Appetizers

  • Baked Brie - Brie cheese melted in oven and served with caramelized onions and cranberry salsa with a baguette
  • Angels Delight - Six scallops sauteed with tomato, dill, cream and topped with cheese. Served with garlic bread
  • Chevre Dip - Slow melted cheese with tomatoes, jalapenos & spices and served with parmesan pita crisps
  • Nachos loaded with salsa, green onions, tomatoes, peppers, black olives and mozzarella*
  • Escargots baked with garlic butter and topped with our cheese blend, served with garlic bread
  • Escargots on Horseback - sauteed in tomato dill sauce & served over puff pastry

Soups

  • Onion Soup au Gratin - Julienne spanish onions sauted in garlic butter, sherry, red wine & broth and topped with a blend of melted cheese
  • Soup of the Day - prepared daily with fresh ingredients

Salads

  • House Salad - Colourful mixtures of spring mix, romaine, tomatoes and veggies served with our homemade dressing
  • Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce with crisp bacon parmesan cheese & croutons
  • Greek Salad - Feta cheese, tomatoes, red onions, olives, peppers and cucumbers served on a bed of romaine lettuce
  • Warm Steak Salad - 6oz black angus sirloin sauteed with red onions in a bed of salad. Served with garlic bread

    Sandwiches are served with your choice of house salad, soup, kettlechips or sweet potato salad

  • Ginger Glazed Teriyaki Chicken - Served on a Foccacia Bun
  • Chicken Club - Grilled chicken breast with tomato, bacon & cheese on a Foccacia Bun
  • Cheese Steak - Shaved Black Angus Beef with onions & peppers & topped with melted cheese
  • Beef Dip - Thinly sliced Black Angus roast beef served on French baguette & baked with cheese served au jus
  • Stilton Beef - Thinly sliced Black Angus Roast Beef topped with blended stilton cheese & horseradish mayo
  • Smoked Meat - Montreal style smoked meat topped with a blend of cheeses & baked in oven.
  • Pulled Pork - juicy pulled pork marinated with barbeque sauce & served on baguette

  • Stir Fry - A medley of garden fresh vegetables served with either pasta or rice and your choice of Shanghai, Thai or Teriyaki sauce. Available in Vegetarian (tofu & tomato), Chicken Breast, Steak or Seafood
  • Curries - Served with nann bread and chutney on a bed of rice. Available in Steak, Chicken Breast, Seafood or Butter Chicken

    Chef's Specials are served with your choice of mashed or rice pilaf and vegetable with a roll & salad

  • Grilled Salmon - 6oz Atlantic Salmon served with balsamic glaze
  • Cajun Catfish - 8oz Catfish pan fried to perfection and served with apple mango salsa
  • Steak au Poivre - 10oz Black Angus New York Sirloin sauteed with brandy pepper corn sauce
  • Seafood Crepes - Medley of Shrimp & Scallops sauteed in white wine cream sauce stuffed in crepe and baked with cheese
  • Chicken or Pork Souvalaki - Two skewers of marinated pork or chicken grilled to perfection and served with rice pilaf, Greek salad, tzatziki & pita bread

Pasta

    Pasta is served with Garlic Bread

  • Zydeco Pasta - Shrimp, mussles, scallops, debrezzini sausage, and chicken sauteed in spicy tomato sauce and tossed in penne noodles
